The hotel was in an AMAZING location very close to City centre, a quiet area close to tunnel mountain and different lakes. The stuff was really helpful and very welcoming throughout our stay. We booked a private queen room and it was big size, good beds.

The most helpful and friendly hosts I have ever encountered. A great base to explore Banff and Parks.
I found the owners exceedingly accommodating. The room was wonderfully comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to town. We appreciated the shared kitchen and lounge. They were clean and well-maintained. Edwina even provided oatmilk for our specialty dietary needs. Would definitely return!

Very amiable and affable staff; easy check in. Magnificent and fantastic location for Banff, just next door to town centre, good eateries, and restaurants or gift shops. Also, close to tunnel mountain.
Very very small room.

The Beautiful Queen Room was super cozy with a nice nook for reading. Edwina was really friendly and always offered great tips for exploring. The room had a comfortable bed and everything was clean. Only downside? It was a bit dark at night and small, so we tripped over our stuff a couple of times. But overall, a solid stay.

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, particularly the fresh bread, a good start to our days. The location allowed for quiet evenings yet was just a short walk to the main attractions. Only downside was the shared spaces, which sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak times, but overall a fantastic experience.

The walls are a bit thin. I could hear my neighbors snoring throughout the night, made for a less than peaceful sleep. The room felt a touch cramped, and I missed having a full-length mirror to check my outfit before heading out. While there was a fan, it had a distracting hum that might not bother all, but it was noticeable to me.
